Forworacco stands for Foreign Workers Accommodation. Aware of all the problems faced by foreign workers, including finding adequate accommodation, we decided to launch a specialized website where anyone, be it an agency for the employment of foreign workers, the employer, or foreign worker himself, can find accommodation in a destination country in a simple way, contact the owner , and agree on the details of moving in.
Our Mission
In almost every European country, tens of thousands of international workers play a crucial role. Without them, supermarket shelves would remain empty. Packages would not be delivered within a day. People working in offices woudn’t get their lunch on time. And it would be almost impossible to get a coffee in a cafe within a reasonable time. Although some employers treat their international employees well, we unfortunately still hear too often stories about abuses, exploitation and unsafe living conditions. The housing contract very often serves as a mean of blackmailing the foreign worker.
We are going to do our best to help things change.
At Forworacco, we believe that one of the solutions is to separate the employment contract from the accommodation contract. If the two are not connected, the termination of the employment contract no longer automatically results in the worker suddenly becoming homeless. This makes the situation much easier for both the employer or the employment agency and the worker. Clean businness, long love!
Not Just Another Platform
In order to keep things clear and simple, we do not conduct renting and contracting through the website. We are not taking any fees and we do not interfere in contracting procedure between interested parties.
On our site you can contact the owner of the space through our messaging system or through the contact information provided within the listing. You can book the space if the owner allowed this possibility, but there is no rent payment or deposit payment conducted through the site, and there is no fee for the worker, employer or agency booking the accommodation.
To prevent fraud and deter dishonest advertisers, each accommodation owner pays to advertise on this website. There is also a review system that allows the lessor to be evaluated, and in case of learning that the space does not correspond to what is stated on the listing, we have the right to remove the listing from the website at any time.
